The original room I booked had roaches and other bugs all over the room. After talking to the front desk and trying to change rooms there were roaches in that room as well. Ended up cancelling and going to a different hotel. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

First of all run away from this property as fast as you can! Let’s start off at the front desk with Ann as the customer service she was horrible rude and aggressive for no reason at all. Secondly management sucks they are never on the scene and incapable of handling issues and problems especially after hours. Thirdly this is roach infested hotel and they will play and at like they don’t know there is roaches in order not to give you a refund. This facility should be shut down and burned to the ground
The room was fine, it was clean but the mattress was absolutely terrible. It must’ve been very old, extremely saggy and lumpy and needs to be replaced.
Disgusting.. full, completely full of roaches. We had to leave in the middle of night. My daughters couldn't sleep with the roaches crawling the wall and coming to our beds.

Staff clearly didn’t like her job but did give us another room to try after the first one had very clear water damage, rusted holes and brackets on the door and smelt awful. The second room had bugs run across the floor when we opened the door. Manager was unreachable to discuss this with.
I didn't actually stay there because they didn't have any rooms available when I showed up. They told me it would be a 2-hour wait. And this was at midnight. Now I have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get a refund because the management or owners of this hotel is trying to steal my money from me that they did not earn. Scammers.
