The room they gave us was super dirty. The beds were flipped, the trashcan was full of trash, a chair was flipped, there was a leftover box of food, and the restroom was dirty. When we went to tell the lady at the front desk, she said she didn't know it had not been cleaned. She gave us another room but it had a weird smell, the sink was clogged, the ac was not working well and the beds were dirty. The elevator also sounded like it was at its end. Do not recommend at all.

Disappointed in a "Quality" Inn.
Austin was amazing! Attentive, personable, accommodating and efficient. The bed was extremely comfortable. However, the hotel is in need of a major overhaul! The AC was so loud, the TV couldn't be heard over it and when it cut off, the TV was blaring. The remote control didn't work. The pillows are ridiculous; bring back regular sized pillows. The sink lights and fan did not work. There were no handicapped bars in the tub or by the toilet, which was so small it was almost on the floor! As an elderly handicapped person, it was very difficult to attend to my personal needs. When using a toilet paper brand that only has 200 sheets per roll, please leave a spare or two, especially when there was only a quarter roll on the holder. The coffee pot was so old it didn't take pods. What's with 8 oz cups only throughout the hotel?? There was no microwave in the room. The alarm clock kept going off through out the night. Most people have cell phones for alarms. I ended up having to unplug the clock. The soda machine was right next to our room and extremely loud. I thought someone was vacuuming all night! Morning breakfast was not worth mentioning. My suggestion is for the powers that be to stay a night and experience what we did. Oh, BTW, the pool area was unkempt, and not enough seating. I've run out of room, so I won't even mention the other desk personnel. Needless to say, I probably won't be a guest again.

The hotel was very nice at first glance but once we were in rooms, mold was in bathroom, the smell in the hallways were horrid and it was very humid in the hotel, I wanted so badly to check out asap but didn’t want to lost money.

No room service, had to ask them to clean the room and at least supply clean towels. Son woke up with a tick on his arm or one big ass bed bug. If I had another place to go would have left. Fire alarm went off one morning 10 minutes before shutting it off. Photos deceiving. Will never stay in a quality inn again!

Room 229 was filthy, bathroom floor was wet from leaking commode, carpet in room made my socks look like I was walking outside, hallway carpet was loose and bunched up in the center, free breakfast did not have a hot bar that it had last time we stayed there, ceiling fan was nasty, check in person was sitting outside watching up waiting at check in counter until another guest pointed her out to us, upholstered chair in room needed cleaned or replaced, we have stayed at hotels nationwide and this ranks very close to the worst one in our lifetime as senior citizens, never again at this property!

Overall it was a nice stay, the location sucks. There is nothing hardly as far as grocery store. Pool was nice, dodnt check out the breakfast. It looked very basic, had a nice bridge with a pond full of turtles to watch.

I’m only saying this because the score of 8.0 misguided me for greater expectations. Nice staff. Common area carpet has bumps, guests can trip when not paying attention. The breakfast only had cereal and a waffle machine. Frozen breakfast sandwich & eggs are in the little fridge. We bought some food outside and the hotels do not have any plastic utensils for the guests. The parking lot is not as clean as inside, cigarette buds and trash have not be cleaned. Everything around closes early as well; not really sure expecting a lot since it’s in the middle of somewhere.

I have slept in mud huts in Iraq that were cleaner than this hotel. The pool chlorine was so strong it was burning everyone’s eyes and they never even opened them under water, the humidity so strong the windows are covered with condensation showing full means of germs and growth all over the room. The carpet all over the hotel is stained with mildew as all over the rug was pulled up or rolled not flat causing a huge tripping hazard. The rooms extremely outdated, no usb outlets which this is 2024, time to upgrade. The cleanliness was disgusting boogers or snot on the doors. Bathroom faucets not even wiped down had some gunk on it. The rooms smell strongly mildew. THERE IS NO RESTAURANT, it advertises a restaurant that closed three years ago and one in the hotel does not exist. The continental breakfast was offering the minimum to make it a breakfast. Waffles, two cereal brands eggs and sausage water or OJ. Eggs looked like minced garlic and tasted horrible it was not egg flavor any sort. Avoid this hotel and drive the extra 30 miles to a decent one if those are your options.
