Best Hotel to stay in Farmville!!!!

Well I have to say...Our stay was a long one and its not over yet but it was a joy to stay at this hotel in Farmville Va. The staff was AWESOME!!! From all the ones that work the front desk (Mike, Rebecca, Bradley, Karen and oh yeah can't forget about Danny. And Denise that does the Continent Breakfast...she's on point. Housekeeping which we never got to know their names, they did a Fabulous job. And the 2 Mangers Amanda & Tiffany...They were the nicest mangers and would help in any way. And i can't remember the maintenance guys name but he always said Hi and took the time to chat with us. Over all I would give this hotel and its staff a 15. They ALL go above and beyond. We will be back!!!

When we attempted to check in at 3:00, we were originally told our room would be ready in an hour. Fortunately I told her we needed to.be at a church at 5:00 and we needed to get our room. She was able to get our room within 20 min. We booked an additional room and the shower drain was backed up. Because it was late, I notified the front desk and I assumed it was fix. The breakfast in all the Hampton Inns lately has terrible breakfast food. Granted I know it is part the hotel, but Holiday Inn express has a fantastic breakfast!

Very disappointed. We expected better because the cost of the room was at the high end of others surrounding hotels. The room had dirty carpet with multiple dirty spots, Night table was also dirty plus the tub did not drain properly. I will never go back.

Great Hotel and Awesome Staff!!!

Without a doubt...this hotel is Best. From Mike, Danny, Bradley, Rebecca and Karen at the front desk...they are on point and very friendly. And Denice doing the breakfast...she has down pat. And all the house keeping staff...service above and beyond. We have stayed at this hotel for a while and are glad we did. No other hotel that we've stayed in compares to this one!!!
