Air conditioning didn’t work. Microwave was broken. Shower very small and temp control was way too sensitive. Bed base made strange noise when you shifted on mattress.

Door was hard to open. They do not clean your room after each night. TV reception was horrible. They did noy have blanket cover for the bed.

The heater was shut off and the temper outside was 34 F. that it made t around 34 inside the room. only air conditioning worked. The lock on the entry door would not work and we were locked in the room. maintenance finally got it to unlock from outside.

I would really appreciate a refund, We rented this hotel for construction workers that are working in Farmington and they only stayed one night. of the three that we booked. Very dirty, smelled bad and the hotel was in very bad shape.

Check in was easy and I was told there would be a $50 deposit for incidentals. The room was fine and the shower operated ok. I kinda didn’t like the rounded shower due to small space. But overall the room did its job of providing me a place to sleep and get clean.

Room was not clean. Floors hadn't been washed, door lock was iffy, dirt in the seals to the refrigerator, things broken that could've been easily fixed, dust on light fixtures, no hairdryer. Also a $50 deposit for the room, that has yet to be returned.

Some places in room was filthy and damage. Door was not properly closing right. Lady upfront is so rude and kicked us out and didn’t refund us for Tues to Saturday night I didn’t used. I booked the room for 3 people and was told only I can stay in the room. I paid more for 3 people to stay in the room. Awful place and no good customer service.
