Not clean. But but priced to sell.
Sheets had black spots and numerous threads sticking out. Drain was very slow. Light under the microwave would not turn off. Dust and even a nickel under the bed. But it did have a kitchenette. You get what you pay for, I guess.

This hotel is not in a good part of town. It is behind a truck stop. The floors smell so bad weed. The front desk tried to blame it on people with it on their clothes, but it wouldn’t come through my bathroom vent or under my door if it were just on clothes. I thought it was a fluke but the next night was just as bad. The front desk guy’s solution: I’ll come spray. I read reviews of this being family friendly. The only friendly it was, was weed friendly. This is NOT a hotel for single girls or families. If my family were traveling with me, we would have left. My room was clean. The hallways are run down but clean. The front lobby, if you want to call it that, was not. Cleaning staff was nice, but that’s about it.

We stayed 2 nights and were skeptical because of the negative reviews. We were on the 4th floor and had no issues with noise from the hallway or surrounding rooms. Everything was actually cleaner and in better condition than some 4 star rated rooms we have stayed in. My only gripes would be that this is an extended stay facility but we had no disposable utensils or paper towels for the kitchen area, and only 1 roll of toilet paper.

Right off highway. Good price compared to other hotels. Friendly staff and very good coffee in the morning. Fridge and microwave in room which makes this a great place for longer stays. Big fridge. You will pay extra for dishes and pots and pans if you need them, keep that in mind. Not sure if that is a flat price or a per stay price.

They didn’t have our room available that we reserved. Gave us a very small room with a very small bed, which didn’t work well for my 6’3” husband. When asking for our original room that we booked, the gal at check-in acted like we were a big inconvenience. Rooms were also outdated. Would not stay here again.

It was very noisy all hours through the night. Perhaps put families/tourists on top floor so not hearing stomping and pulling chairs across floor at 3 to 7 am as the construction workers staying there are getting up and starting their day. Probably will not be back as our sleep was terrible.
