I spent $800 for a weekend with my kids booking 3 rooms and my experience was terrible. Housekeeping walked in my room unannounced while I was undressed a whole hour before check out time. My door was so hard to open not sure why but I literally hurt my wrist trying to open my room door. The manager just simply said sorry until he spoke with my husband. I will never book here again!
