From the first entry into the lobby, past the small casino, down the dingy hallway, past the smelly gym area with broken equipment, past the noisy overcrowded pool area, to our dark dingy room that smelled like smoke because people used the back entrance door as a smoking lounge. The only window in the room was secured by nothing more than a nail clipper jammed in the window track. Pick a different hotel.

Had to leave room due to MULTIPLE signs of bed bugs. Front desk refused to action in any way other than to check us out and give me an email address. That was 4/4/24. Emailed the email address 4/7 and received no response. The person I was with had their own room with same issues but didn’t discover until next day so did not check out early. They received a response and refund within a couple days.

We were very pleasantly surprised with our comfortable stay at the hotel. We had made the arrangements not having stayed here before. The room was spacious and quiet and VERY clean! The King bed was great ~ felt well rested each morning. We didn't utilize the pool facilities, but many other people did. The stay included a Continental breakfast each morning which was fresh and well stocked!

I've stayed here 2x now because the price is the cheapest for the quality however just like the first time my son and i stayed, it was VERY loud (they actually had a live concert playing until 1am by the rooms which needing to get up early made it extremely frustrating), smell of pot through out the place, kids and adults alike screaming in the halls and the noise in the pool area was insane. Our room was dirty and smelled. Needless to say, we won't be staying there again.

Staff were very hospitable and place was nice and clean, comfy beds. Breakfast in AM was good and included hot food. Kids loved the pool! Grownups enjoyed the restaurant/bar right next to hotel. Would stay again!
