We had a suite the living room and bathroom only had heat the bedroom did not and the 2 windows in the bedroom were open and no cranks to close them provided we did go to front desk but no one was there we called front desk no one answered and the Hawaii I tub did not work . Highly disappointed when I finally found some one at front desk they said no manager in on duty and did nothing about any of the complaints if felt like our room was 30 degrees .

Good location. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds for my Family. The pictures they sent me of the room had very small queen beds. ABSOLUTELY like what their pictures advertised when i booked the room. I paid for 2 QUEEN beds and thats what i wanted.. WHY??????

My husband had to wait 10 minutes to get service. He had to ask if anyone was even in the office. Her attitude was not friendly or helpful. We had already filled out the check-in information and she insisted he fill it out again at the desk. Our accessibility needs were extremely extremelyspecific. I had a total hip replacement that morning and we required a walkin shower and did not get it. I took pictures of stains in the sink, tub, and toilet, and the cracked caulking arould the shower tile. Sanford had recommended your hotel and listed a price of $75. We paid $127! We will make certain your hotel is removed from Sanford's list. We absolutely expected much better quality from a Marriot facility. We deserve a full refund as we wil not agree to ever stay at this or any Ramada facility again. I will be contacting the Marriott corporation and Expedia. Disappointed doesn't even explain how we feel. Had it not been a 18 hour day and we were exhausted, we most certainly would have stayed elsewhere even though the payment was non-refundable. This is the worst Ramada and Marriott hotel we've ever stayed at.

Tones of water damage in the room, no water pressure, could not rinse the soap out of my hair no matter how hard I tried. They served raw breakfast sausages one day and burnt to a crisp the second. Would not stay here again. This hotel gives Ramada a bad name.
