Room was clean but halls were dirty. Elevator was questionable. Parking lot was full of trash. Very noisy in the halls with little to no soundproofing. Did not enjoy our stay there overall.

I don't go to hotels very often but i was just here for a wedding from the 13th to the 16th. I will say i had an amazing experience. The room was very clean other than finding a couple of fake rose petals under our bed our last night (and it was not either of us that had them, they looked like they were maybe from valentines day. Meaning under the beds should be cleaned vetter) but otherwise i enjoyed my stay a lit. The staff were very nice and caring.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I paid an outrageous amount for this awful place too. For starters my phone in my room did not work the entire stay. I told them about it and they did nothing. So, I could never call the front desk for anything the entire 1 week stay. Secondly, the keys did not work. I had to go get new keys to my room at least 3 times a day. So, of course, I had to walk to the front desk. The first few days I was very nice about it. The clerks would never apologize either, they were rude and looked at me as if it was my fault and said that I couldn’t have my cell phone anywhere near the key ???? - everyone has cell phones. Thirdly, they never came to clean my room until I finally asked about it. Even after I asked, they didn’t come clean it until my fifth day of stay. I even had to go get my own towels and dump my own trash. Plus, my TV remote didn't work so I had to get up and turn the TV on/off and also to change the channels. They also had free breakfast but for the entire week, they had almost the exact same breakfast each day. Unbelievable!!! Then to end it all, the Hot Tub was down for repainting for 4 of my six night stay.

Almost always enjoy my stays, however when I lost an entire day, night and morning of the hot tub with no notice, my enjoyment was also lost. Called the front desk and even they had no clue that it was closed. Wondering about changing my stay in September. Not wanting it tp happen again. I pay for the amenities. If I am not going to be able to enjoy them, then give me notice or give me a discount..

Lacking sufficient electrical outlets for this day and age. Carpet in the 3rd floor hallway was very dirty and the sh*t- colored carpet and wainscoting were quite unappealing. The whole place seems old and tired.
