Stayed in a Presidential suite that had dual head shower that ran cold in spite of a maintenance visit saying was now working but went from luke warm to instant cold during shower. Also, no hotel designated parking; was in a city garage that assessed parking fees that were not comped by the hotel.

I loved the view from the 10th floor and I also loved the modern decor. The only down side for me is parking. The parking deck beside of the hotel is city owned and can be quite expensive. There is a discount( maybe a couple of dollars) from the hotel, but it seems to me there could be a better way to incorporate the parking charges in the overall hotel charges.

Quiet, great location downtown Fargo. Lots of restaurants and bars to walk to nearby. Convenient parking ramp attached to hotel. Better than average stay, but a little bit more pricey than other options nearby.

Dirty floor but comfy bed

The front desk and airport shuttle staff were exceptional. Very friendly and professional. My room was fine, nothing special. It was a sad gray and white with no carpet or rug. In place of a closet, there was a cabinet for hanging clothes. It was way too short and my dresses got wrinkled from balling up on the floor. The make mirror was broken in the bathroom. The worst was that the floor (vinyl fake wood) was dirty—hair balls, crumbs, etc. The bed was comfortable and the hot shower was great.

Downtown Fargo is a Gem

Was in town to see a show at the Fargo Theater and this was a great base. Parking in the nearby ramp is inexpensive (and free all weekend after 5:00 PM on Friday). Did not eat at the hotel restaurant because there were so many good places within walking distance. Will stay again.
