We stayed one night on our way to main destination and one night on the way back. First room absolutely stank of sewer and mold. Changed the room and it was just slightly better. On our way back , they had 5 hockey teams, one wrestling team staying at the hotel. The pool area was like a zoo with rude and super noisy kids running around, to the point that I thought my kids will get hurt. Staff did nothing to control how many people were in the pool, or to control the noise. Adults were in the hallway telling their heads off at 9:30 pm, banging on the doors, reeking of alcohol. The room stank again, and since we were closer to an entrance, all night we were delighted by smelling cigarette smoke of people getting in and out. The staff told us “quiet time” started at 10 pm, but they absolutely did nothing to control the situation.

We stayed for 5 days. The pool did not have heat for the first 4 so it was like swimming in a cold drink. the 2nd and 3rd day the shower had no heat. This was fixed by the 5th day. The staff were originally not aware but after they were made aware they communicated with us.

The staff was very friendly and I liked how our room was close to the pool but not in the pool area. Breakfast was delicious but I wasnt very happy that it wasnt included with our room purchase. The pool was freezing and so was the air temperature so the kids were just shivering the whole time. We couldnt even go in the hot tub to warm up because it was small and everyone else was in there due to the pool being freezing. All the arcade games were broken so we had very sad and dissapointed children. Lastly, our room was partially warm but by the window it was freezing and under the vent i could feel a cold breeze blowing in. Not sure if my family would stay here again.

This hotel is huge and has a variety of amenities. We utilized the restaurant, cafe, pool, and casino. All were serviceable but the pool was quite chilly, service at the restaurant slow, and the casino almost awkwardly small. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it seems like a great family hotel. Many families and birthday groups were always partying around the pool area and eating, drinking, and enjoying the available games. Looks like a great place to gather.

Paid $250 for a pool view room with our kids- the pool side door didnt work so we had to go around all the time, maintaince said the door batteries are going dead and need to be replaced.. over half the pool video games didnt work and took your money. Bathroom is small but our room did appear clean and staff is friendly.

Our room was cold, and the heater was clearly not working. We had the thermostat set at 75 degrees and it never got over 69 degrees, but I can tell you it was cold in there. There was absolutely no hot water so we couldn't shower.

Hotel was fine. Went downstairs at 730pm to have supper and the chef said he had a large order of 40 people (prereserved party in private room) so he closed the restaurant. I was told he needed 1.5 hours to cook for 40 people they he knew were coming. I was very disappointed that I had to door dash fast food in order to get something to eat. 730pm plus 1.5 hour wait plus 9pm close restaurant needs new chef if he cant handle a pre scheduled party of 40
