My room was a queen with a pull out sofa. The cover on the sofa cushions was coming apart and the stuffing coming out in many places. The sofa mattress was badly stained in many places. To the point that I covered the sofa and did not sleep on the mattress. The towel bar in the bathroom was right above the toilet paper so if you would hang a wet towel there the toilet paper would be wet. It needs a mirror in the sleeping area. The room was clean but the carpet on the stairs in the exit hallways was badly stained. I would not stay here again.

The bed pillow and blanket in the closed were in a clear bag, seemingly clean. But had really bad body odor. Also we booked for 4 people nothing was prepared. Very disappointing.

Room was spacious, couch however was full of stains, bathroom door only slides shut you can not lock it. Worst complaint would have been the awful smell of an illegal substance being smoked in a different room and the smell being all ove the hallway and to the point of having to put towels around the door as it was really bad. It was late at night and we didn't want to uproot the kids and pack everything up to go and spend more money on a different hotel with having to get up so early.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby and rooms were immaculate. Room was very large. Beds very comfortable. Nice assortment of kitchen ware. Very impressed and also free Laundromat. Loved it!

Such a convenient location and safe all around for parking. The front desk staff was very polite when checking in and even offered suggestions for places to eat and visit nearby. The hotel was very clean and smelled nice. The room was very clean and had useful utensils for a long stay, has everything you would need and more. Was pleased staying here, will be back again when in Fargo. Highly recommend!
