The staff was really great and approachable. The only thing I can honestly say is a little frustrating is when you get charged when you make the reservation and then they add on a deposit when you get there. And it's not only this hotel it's every hotel. I don't mind if they charge for that but why not charge it when you make the reservation? It truly puts a person a pickle sometimes when they are planning activities in the area.

This property was convenient to the venues I needed to access for a tournament I attended, as well as to the hotels that other family members were using. I was on the top floor, so it was quiet. However, other families with youth used the lobby and breakfast area as gathering places, so the 1st floor was busy! Awesome features of this property included games for families to use in the breakfast area (no doubt when travelers are there due to blizzard road closures, but also for tournament go-ers like myself and my family), a cute pool with a slide, and a comfortable sofa to use while doing laundry. The shower was warm, the towels were absorbent, the sheets were crisply clean. I had a king "suite" with a desk, separate table for eating, and a small couch. I would recommend!

Our room was dirty when we checked it. Chips all over on the floor and garage on bathroom floors. The rooms are run down. Heating system kicks in on and off all night and is loud.

Both hot tubs unavailable, Wi-Fi password was weird and wrote on small slip of paper, nothing but personal account security issues since connecting to hotels WiFi. Lost access to two of my accounts. Room had very poor lighting and flickering lights during entire stay.

We were only there for a short time, but staff was friendly, prices were reasonable, and the room was nice. The bathroom door was dirty, looked like something spilled on it. The door should have been wiped down.
