Our room didn’t have an ice bucket nor a proper shelf for the fridge. Microwave was sitting on top of the fridge. No hot tub. Pictures I saw had a hot tub and it looked like it was just covered up. It was clean beds were comfortable.

$40 charge for one night for our dog was excessive. If we had known beforehand, we would hve stayed elsewhere (most other hotels charge no more than $25.

The staff was very good Our room smelled like smoke and the pet fee of 40$ is too much and we were not told there would be a pet fee when we booked the room!

Door lock was broken exposing wiring. Apparently no other room available. Bathtub dirty, general cleanliness marginal. Staff said they would fix lock. Never happened. I checked out and went elsewhere for less money.

This property is very dated. It definitely could use a refresh. The first room we were given definitely had a smell when we walked in. We mentioned it to the front desk and she switched our room right away. Front desk staff was excellent. Breakfast was just OK at best, nothing exciting very basic, if you are looking for a breakfast with waffles or hot eggs, meat this is not the place for you. I guess you get what you pay for. We were looking for a "Cheaper" property in Fargo since everything is quite expensive and you get an older property.

Getting the room from Expedia it says the hotel is pet friendly. Room is not reimbursable. You get there and they charge you twice as much for your pet than most places. So at this point you have to pay it because you can’t get the money back for the room! Also there was a lot of drug transactions taking place right beside where our truck was parked.
