以評比分數入住這一家飯店是我第一次入住，由於我在路上，曾在小七買東西忘了我的背包沒有拿，飯店管家很熱心的協助我，找到正確的小七位置，第一時間他安慰我不要緊張，然後問我有看到什麼建築物，我說我有看到嘉義客家文化村，他用他的地理位置協助我，並且順利找到我的背包，這是我對飯店第一印象的好。由於我住的是三人房邊間有非常美的景致以及好吃的早餐，飯店也有賣阿里山咖啡，整體上我非常的滿意
