We had a good stay. Perfect for family with kids. Enough fun for both demographics. The Jamaican food was good, was weary because of review but even my Jamaican parents agreed the food was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms service was pleasant. We really didn't have any complaints except with the restaurant bookings.

I love how clean my room was, the hospitality and the level of care that was put into setting up my room for my birthday 🎉 I also like that everyone was respectful and the male staff was not creeps- this is very important! But mainly I appreciated that they did not water down there liquor like other resorts💕

The two beds are not full-size beds, and the 3 pools are limited to specific activities. One pool for sports, the next one for drinking, and the third one for families. The ocean area is rocky. Royalton next door, their ocean area is sandy and at the right depth. Buffet food is very good. The restaurant's menu is limited to food choices. The ocean view rooms have views that are not the same. The highest floors have the best views of the ocean besides the oceanfront rooms. The drinks are good. During my visit, the entertainment was ok, about 3.5 out of 5.

No shower or sink water 6:30am-8am for five days straight. Power outage, and no internet 2:30pm on one day. Not allowed to have a bottle of wine in room. Room service consist of cold sandwiches. Two floors down for ice machine.

This property was absolutely beautiful and there was tons to do. I had read other reviews that complained about the number of elevators but the hotel seems to have fixed that issue. There are plenty of elevators. Property was very clean and staff was very friendly. The only issue I had was at a restaurant called Napoli's. If you reseve the 9pm slot for dinner the options for food and dessert are very slim pickings. The lasgna tasted old and not fresh. They also did not tell us they were out of a certain dessert until they served whatever was left. The leftovers seemed like they were getting rid of the oldest food from the day. Perhaps that 9pm slot should not be made available for patrons. But other than that i would highly recommend this place. Maybe just avoid any of the last time slots for restaurants

The property left a lasting impression, and I am grateful to have had the chance to visit. The facilities were impeccably clean, the shows were top-notch, and the space was remarkable. The staff was exceptional, pleasant, and accommodating, and the food was an absolute delight. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My only wish is that the gym was larger, given the overall size of the property.

The experience was really good. Food was great. The property/resort was brand new, clean and well thought off. The staff was also good with room for improvement. The night time programs and activities were amazing. The performers absolutely killed it. Would definitely go back to RIU Aquarelle.

Resort was very nice, clean and beach access. The property had entertainment from day to night. Most employees were very nice, one were not. Some employees would be on their phones while others were hard at work. Would like to recognize Briana and Jessica in the buffet she was such a great server and fill of personality. Shavanique in the Renova Spa was very kind, Loved the message. Will go back to this resort.
