We were not happy that housekeeping was limited to getting fresh towels each day. Soap, shampoo etc was never replenished. Luckily I brought my own soap. Breakfast was minimal. Most guests there went to the local Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts to get their coffee. There was a notice in the bathroom listing every item in the room and telling you what the charge for each item would be if you took it. Seriously? Who does that>

The hairdryer in the room did not have a cover on the air intake side. My wife’s hair got sucked into the fan and she had to cut her hair to get it out. That could’ve been very dangerous. I sent pictures and a note to the manager and have not heard back. In addition, the breakfast were severely lacking. One individual reported that the milk was sour, so I did not drink it. The awful maker was not turned on. One morning there was no pancakes or eggs or sausage as they were the next morning.

the breakfast choices were extremely limited, and not user friendly. the cleanliness in the room was not as it used to be. - ants in the bathroom, and smears on the wooden furniture. front desk staff were helpful though.

Quiet. Beds comfortable. ¹Room seemed to have been refurbished recently. Pretty good value for the money. Continental breakfast is basically juice, coffee, toast and bagels, cereal, and a waffle maker. Would have been nice to have some yogurt and bananas.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were no towels a the pool and they immediately gave me a stack of towels. I couldn’t figure out which tv channel, called the front desk, and they helped immediately. The negative was breakfast. It was lacking with no fruit, spoiled milk, and not a large selection. I think this was due to being the off season so the breakfast was much more simplified than it would be during the busy summer season (I would think the milk just spoiled because there weren’t many people staying over so the milk sat longer than usual. The staff took care of the milk right away.) Overall a convenient, affordable, hotel that was well maintained and had a friendly staff and a nice pool.
