We loved our stay! The pool and waterslide is a definite highlight! For those travelling with children/ guests who will be sleeping on the sofa bed - These sofa "hide-a-beds" need to be upgraded as they are extremely uncomfortable. My kid found sleeping on the floor preferable to the sofa bed. The bed mattress wasn't extremely comfortable but we didn't let that ruin our vacation. There were a few kitchen/BBQ utensils and supplies that were missing but the staff was very helpful and prompt to get us the things that we needed. Appliances worked well. We loved that we had a kitchen for breakfasts and to make a few meals in whenever we didn't want to eat out. Having access to the BBQ was perfect. This place was a perfect spot to stay for our summer vacation adventures. Our room overlooked the pool and we enjoyed many sunsets from the balcony.

Incredibly disappointed and ghosted!
We were phoned about 2 hours before our arrival saying that the reception doors are locked past a certain hour due to low demand in shoulder season and to call their number (provided) when we arrived. We arrived and phoned… and phoned… and phoned. Nothing. Couldn’t leave a message as the mailbox was full. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as it was around dinner time. Waited and phoned and phoned. Still nothing! I pressed my ear up to the locked reception door and could hear the phone inside ringing away. After about 45 minutes in the dark, waiting, we got in contact with a travel agent who promptly organized a refund and a new hotel for us. Thank you!! Besides the complete ghosting by an entire resort the place looks cheap. Desperately in need of updating and the amenities stated on the website are only open during peak season.

The condo was awesome, and it’s well used because of it. For that reason, the carpets need a deep clean or a replacement. They are stained throughout. Not a deal breaker per se… it it kept us from giving this venue a perfect score.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The people next door had little kids that were running around and screaming which made it very annoying. They were up early doing the same thing. Good thing they left the next day.

The check-in was great. I wasn't totally happy with the initial room as it didnt look like the pictures on Expedia. Santiago graciously upgraded us to a deluxe suite on the 3rd floor and it was great. Amazing vistas of rockies everywhere you look. The hotsprings were wonderful.
