Love the area/view! Highly recommend the hot springs, my reason for going and staying. Come for the hot springs water. The staff was reasonably friendly and accommodating.

Pretty relaxing hotel, we enjoyed the hot springs with its beautiful view. We only were able to use the hot tub pool as the other pools were being cleaned at the time but still had a nice time! Hotel was nice and comfy, a little outdated but it was still cozy, loved that you can exit your room from the porch on our floor.

Not a real resort , embarrassing

Really unfortunate to see this resort go so downhill.I feel bad for the staff as they are doing their best . The new owners have completely let this place go. There was cups ( garbage) on the grounds just outside our room for days . Nobody cares about the resort seems like. Most staff will tell customers that they have chopped 50% of their staff. As a business owner it’s so sad to see . There is so mush potential. The pool was not maintained anymore and was gross .sad , sad , sad

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The staff were friendly, the location was convenient, and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, the hotel is very old and definitely in need of renovation — even the pools require some repairs. One major downside was that there was no drinking water provided in the room, which was quite inconvenient. Despite these issues, I still enjoyed my stay but hope the hotel considers updating its facilities soon.
