Smelled bad, very dirty
There was what looked (and smelled) to be urine all over the walls and ceiling. The place was very dirty and poorly maintained, much smaller than the photos made it looks (and dirtier). It smelled like strong air freshener trying (and failing) to cover up the smell of urine. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and I woke up with a painful back. This place was horrible, cheap but not cheap enough for the terrible experience.

Nothing special the room was nice but outdated a lot of room for improvement high ceilings big bathroom ac/heat unit needs to be replaced it’s dirty and smashed up but with all of that said it wasn’t bad this place was clean and quiet and the girl at the front desk forgot her name but she was super cool and patient and that’s what puts them over the top for me and I would stay there again. Felt generally safe but there was construction going on all night but the fan and tv took care that it wasn’t loud but trucks beeping would have driven me crazy If I wasn’t already conditioned to sleep with the tv on all night. WiFi was decent but better if you pop on your vpn and the relay the signal in a secured fashion which gave it an excellent bump in speed as well. Xfinity a few movie channels no pov bathrooms super clean and modernized only thing is the outdated rooms personally I think this place with a little more money put into it and if people didn’t do bad things to the and furniture etc., it’s hidden gem there’s a very vibrant night life out there. Next to a mountain mikes there was a club was smackin at 11pm when i went to pick up a pizza Saturday night. There’s all kinds of gas stations and liquor stores/7-11 and fast food joints like a decent handful of choices for quick snacks open late night. So yknow could be better but wasn’t even close to the worst I’ve seen

Water in shower was lukewarm. Towels were laundered and smelled clean but clearly had stains. Just throw away. Mattress was all stained under bed fitting. Funky smell in room. Fire alarm went off. Coffee lids did not fit cups in lobby. Only two coffees for three night stay. Overall, meh. Staff were nice, just a rough motel.

The first room I was put in had a broken bed and I almost rolled off in the middle of the night. They were nice and moved me to a larger room for no charge. The "breakfast" they put out was comprised of stale mini muffins and granola bars. Honestly just think the property could use a little tlc, definitely inside the rooms. Staff was great though

You get HUAT you pay for. My room had ants, wall AC vents were broken so the air was blowing directly at me while sleeping, and the room was tiny, some might call it "cozy", but it was tiny. The property is old and in need of a renovation. Area is a bit squetchy. The positives: About an 18 min drive to downtown Napa at a third of the price vs staying in Napa. 711, Tesla charging station, gas stations, and many fast food options walking distance away.

No one was at front desk from 1 to 2 in the morning. A sign saying they had to step away was posted, so we waited for about an hour for the employee to show up. Weird time for the front desk to be left vacant, especially with such a late check-in scheduled. When we got in, room was tiny and not the king bed we had paid for. It was, however, comfortable. Housekeeping was knocking on our door an hour before checkout time, and we're very loud while they knocked on other doors. Will not stay here again.

Paid for 2 nights and only stayed 1 night. Bed was worst I ever tried to sleep on. Outdoor lighting came into room and lit the room up.

We had room in the same bldg where the office is and it was well lit and a handicapped stall was right in front so we didn't have to walk far to room as I have a disability. The lower score is due because the bed was not very comfortable and for a senior with disabilities, hard to get on. Also to be honest, the room smelled bad like smelly feet. I love the bathroom, however.
