Car vandalized

My car was vandalized in their parking lot. Three tires popped broken windshield and dents in my car and was not compensated for anything seeing people on camera doing it and did not stop him or call the police.

It took five minutes for my key card to work every time I entered. Door stuck. Had to kick it open. No toilet paper upon checking in. The heater sounded like a fright train. Insufficient bedding. No elevator to third floor...only stairs!

There is mold growing in the bathroom in the bathtub knob is stripped out not working right water does not get hot very hot at all and there’s a tub you can’t take a bath because the thing doesn’t come down
