The room was very clean, bed and pillows comfortable. The reason I gave only four stars was that I had requested a ground floor room with two beds and when we got to the room it was one bed. I also had called earlier in the day to let them know we would be a late arrival 7:30pm. I went back to front desk and the only room they had left was on the second floor which we took even though my sister and I had trouble carrying our luggage upstairs, hence the request for ground floor. They gave us another room but when we arrived the key would not open the door - so back to front desk again. I asked if I would be given a discount for all the trouble checking in but was told no. Anyway 3rd time was a charm and the room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Good and Bad!

While the location of this Best Western is close to a number of things, getting into and out of the hotel parking lot can be challenging due to traffic and stop lights. The heavy congestion of traffic can be frustrating. The parking lot needs some attention (repaving and restriping of lines as well as improving the exterior look (new landscaping and fresh paint) would enhance the appearance. The location and activities of the Moose Lodge in back of the hotel is a negative (noise). The breakfast buffet is a plus in staying here!

Great shower

Very good value. The hotel is conveniently located and all the other hotels cost more. I checked out later than the other guests but there was still lots of hot water for a very refreshing shower before I checked out.

I booked this property for my fiancée and me, but upon arrival, we were shocked to find that it looked nothing like the photos. The hotel appeared run-down, was not well-maintained, and overall felt unsafe—so much so that my fiancée was uncomfortable staying there. I spoke with the night staff, who assured me that since we hadn’t used the room, we could receive a refund but needed to call back during the day to speak with a manager. However, when I followed up the next day, I was flatly denied any refund and told that they do not offer refunds for reservations made online in advance. While I ultimately wouldn’t have stayed there regardless, the lack of consistency among staff—or worse, the possibility that I was misled just to be appeased in the moment—demonstrates poor management and a lack of respect for guests. I would strongly caution others to be wary when booking this property.

The pictures online are deceiving. This is an old outdated motel that is unclean and does not feel safe. We did not stay one night here, returning our keys instantly upon seeing the room. This hotel is still trying to charge us for 4 nights. Avoid at all costs!!!

Like the Convenient parking that is In front of the room. All Lights and heat unit work perfect! Breakfast is delicious. But the restroom not safe enough for handicap people with wheelchair; if adding side bar over the toilet paper, it will be easier and safer. The restaurant order code was not working. I tried many times to order foods online; right on check out , it said restaurant not exist. Then tried to call by choosing help from help line. She answered and told that will call back but never returned. We had to eat left over lunch for late dinner. Please check that QR code if it is still good to use so another customer will not confront like me.

Old charm

An older motel with kind staff. The beds need larger pillows and are older. The breakfast is very good. Close to HWY 66 which can be noisy. The free soap and shampoo have an odd smell - time for a change.
