I had been looking forward to staying at this hotel as attending a wedding nearby. I booked the restaurant to have dinner with friends and was very embarrassed to find there is no restaurant- it’s a pub/bistro/bar. Akin to a Harvester Pub. Atrium bedroom was ok size wise but bed was very hard. Window to atrium only had a roller blind that meant light came in on both sides. Lights were on in the atrium ALL night. Noise from large group of golfers carried into the bedroom until late. Breakfast average with no choice of eggs and same every day. Golfers were again noisy each morning and hung over and no respect for other guests (swearing etc). Overall a Travelodge would have been much better. This is NOT a 4* hotel.

Dated property. No one welcomed us for breakfast or said good morning. The food was ok but the cleanliness of the the self serve and tables being tidied away was slow and poor. We had to ask for our own knives, forks serviettes. The bathroom tap was rusty.
