Very nice staff. Let us check in early. Big room overlooking pool with nice patio to sit on. 5 min walk to city walls. Close to restaurants. Good breakfast with plenty of options.

Clean property and staff were generally friendly and helpful. The room was simple, but it was clean. The beds weren't very comfortable, but at this price point, it was fine for a night. Having a pool was very nice for the kids to help cool down from the summer heat.

It was close to to tourist attractions. We could rest by the pool or swim. The people in the restaurant were gracious. The food was good with a lot of choices. The rooms were quiet. It was also close to the train station.

Hotel de grandes dimensiones que pertenecen a otra epoca y actualmente esta venido a menos. El personal muy atento pero presentaba areas poco cuidadas como su gran patio interior con piscina. Largos pasillos llenos de puertas de habitaciones, donde nos toco compartir con grandes grupos de adolescentes q corrian de un lado a otro a la hora del descanso.

The decor and furniture are really old. There seems to be a lot of deferred maintenance. There are no amenities. The fridge has been removed. Comfortable beds and easy access to the pool. Smokers right outside your door.

We have stayed on this hotel on many occasions Check in took 15 minutes as trying to source rooms with large coach tour coming . It’s a tired hotel that needs a bit of loving Patio door locks hanging off from the wall unable to secure patio door Safe locked Shower head badly leaking Breakfast. although busy was good

Just outside the walls!
Stay was okay. Close to what we wanted to do. We went to restaurant for dinner ( buffet) food was cold. Buffet breakfast was just okay.

We are a family with 2 kids and loved the location! Across from the hotel was a playground and the beautiful public park. The city centre was less then a 10min walk away. The restaurant and bar staff was impressive and they worked very hard to accommodate during busy times. The rooms were cleaned daily. Only the beds were not very comfortable. The outside pool was closed for the season but there was a pool table inside for entertainment. Breakfast was ok (same every day), dinner was better with more variety and out of this world desserts! I'd definitely recommend it for families.
