Not a hotel, this place houses drug addicts. Staff is not honest. Left a rather valuable item behind accidentally in a very obvious place and they claim it was not there. Obviously pocketed by housekeeping. When I called, the owner blamed me for being foolish to leave something behind. I have accidentally left far less valuable items in hotels in the past and the property contacted me immediately. They may have a few nightly rooms, but most were housing long term tenants that were very questionable. Garbage piled outside, broken bed frames that left beds leaning over. Room was not very clean at all. Visible dirt on high touch surfaces. Stuffy and moldy smelling. I would strongly advise to look elsewhere for a place to stay.

Overall, the stay was good. Lots of food options within a short walking distance from the hotel. The air conditioner could do some work went on and off all night. I set it on low to run all night and it did not.

I liked the staff. I liked the area of the city. What I didn't like was the musty smell of the room. Taking out the old carpet and putting in laminate floor might help in this regard.

Good budget motel
This is a fine little motel. The room was clean if a bit spartan. There was a lot of unused space in the room and a large couch. The bed was comfortable. The shower was dated and it was hard to get hot water but it was serviceable. Considering the price, it was a good value. Staff were very nice.

Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Never had an issue with facilities or appliances being broken. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Lots to do in the area, I enjoy staying here.

Too hot
The room was ok, but the ac did not work. The room was 87 and the ac was blowing out super hot air, the clerk was able to get it a little cooler (apparently it was put on there incorrectly or backwards as he stated). After 20 minutes it was still about 84 so he brought a fan which did nothing but blow hot air around, it was completely miserable.

When i first got there they werent too friendly, after i got into the room i went to take a shower and there was no slip mat in or around the shower so i slipped in the shower dislocating my knee and wasnt able to go to the casino like i had planned the trip for, didnt go to the dr til i got home, my son told the front desk but nobody came to check on me before i left or nothing
