Very nice hotel. Used the laundry facilities, on the second level. Went down to the bar and had a glass of wine. Small shop with essentials next to reception and there’s a microwave there too. Gym was great. Highly recommend.

For me, it was the staff. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered such friendly, accommodating staff during a stay like this. The place was clean and quiet and I had no issue, but I would definitely stay here again solely because of the hospitality I received.

I would have given this hotel a 4.5 instead of a 3 but unfortunately the TV in my room did not work nor did they try to fix it. The reason had something to do with updating the receivers and a bad receiver box. I did receive a $20 credit which was nice. The overall appearance of the hotel was lovely except for the carpets. They need a good and thorough cleaning.

I read some negative reviews about the location and the neighborhood - we drove right up to the lobby to check in and drove right into the parking garage- did not feel unsafe at all! The lady who check in was super considerate- gave us a big room as we have two teenage kids with us.. she was so thoughtful that we could use more space and more comfortable. The whole place is modern and new. Kids were impressed so that made me happy that i booked there. We were for one night back to school Shopping /R&R trip. Only amenity we used was swimming pool, which was kept clean! Check out was smooth. Also parking garage gated so very safe and spacious. We will stay here again definitely!

aying here while all systems were crashed so we were never able to have a key card issue. despite this challenge, the staff were calm, friendly and hardworking. we had problems getting hot water a couple times, the ice machine was not working and there was a small blood stain on our comforter. a lot of little things can add up when you are paying $270 for the room. we got excellent service in the bistro and enjoyed the pool. our room had a great view!

Oh boy. Pictures are deceiving. The hotel is not in the nicest area. Sketchy people all around the property. Our view was the police parking lot…county jail is a few buildings away. I guess that’s why it’s a “fully secure” hotel. You even have to be buzzed in at the front entrance. Inside, carpets are stained badly. Our room looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned. Hair on pillows and sheets, mold in shower, what appeared to be a blood stain on the headboard. We asked for a different room but were told hotel was fully. requested new sheets and pillow cases but they never arrived. All for $300 /night. Not what I am accustomed to with a Courtyard Marriott. The staff was courteous and friendly- that would be my only positive.

Overall the stay went well. Both check-in and check-out took a long time. Over 10 minutes each, it should not take such a long time to review my bill, pickup or give me keys and verify credit card. The parking garage did not open with our key card, so we had to call front desk each time. Also, we requested our room to be cleaned every other day and it was not. We stayed 4 days and had fresh towels on 2nd day but no one came in to make beds. Otherwise all was fine.

Room wasn't clean. Bed looked like it had been slept in. The sheets had a stain on them. Couch was dirty. and the bathroom sink was backed up and wouldn't drain. Staff was very friendly and the doors were locked for added protection.

I liked being able to give the hotel an arrival time, so they were able to prep my room before I got there. It was nice that a light was on and the air as well. It was nice not having to walk into a pitch black room when I arrived later in the evening.
