The breakfast only offered waffles or sugary cereal when we were there and they were all out of waffle batter. Could be a large group came in before but there was no plan on how to deal with that situation if that was the case. Ate breakfast out rather than wait for more batter. Place was clean though and our room was a good size and layout.

Me and my wife made yhis reservation for a anniversary. We asked for extra pillows and towel we did not get them. Also we came to the room our fridge did NOT work we had help the worker get another one. Its upsetting this has happened when we both been here twice.

Need to be updated more needs to have a lounge chair to sit not just a broken office chair. Nice floor.

Clean, quiet room but missing some basic amenities
The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable but were missing some basics, like facial tissue, more than one towel per person, etc. The breakfast was very poor - instant coffee, only 2 cereal options, no toast or toaster, only one fruit, no hot options other than a waffle machine. Limited pastries (not fresh, in plastic wraps).

Accueil chaleureux et professionnel. L’hôtel est propre et bien entretenu. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient impeccables. Calme. Super service. Petit déjeuner très limité par contre et le gym est quasi inexistant.

The AC is none existent and room gets hot lowest temperature is 66 degress and acs barely work. Beds are hard and uncomfortable we booked a queen size and got a full size bed! Never agian would stay at this hotel!

Great overnight
This place was in very good shape. My room seemed recently updated and was very nice. Have been in $300 rooms that were not nearly as nice. The breakfast wasn't much but was continental as advertised. waffle machine, packaged muffins and granola bar, sugar cereal. Could've skipped all that for a better cup of coffee. The workout room was small - as shown on the site, but the equipment was very tired. I just did the stairs a few times and took a long walk. Probably time to get rid of the stationary bike folks, I put the seat all the way up and still looked like I was on a kids trike. It was too wobbly to ride, this from a guy with a 20 year old Airdyne and a 1963 Schwinn 10-speed at home

Note staff were rude when I asked for extra pillows. The pull out mattress was stained and in room there were no sheets blankets or pillows for the pullout bed. Coofffee served for breakfast was awful and to say you include breakfast means there should be more then muffins as food options.

We found our room clean at check in, however, it was missing shampoo and conditioners we had to request at the front deck. The front desk staff was responsive, friendly and timely. However, the sound insulation of the hotel is very poor. We only stayed for 2 nights. First night, we were woken up by someone yelling in the hall way around 3 am (lengthy argument with a boyfriend?); second night, we went to bed around 11pm but couldn't fall asleep due to hyper kids next door, talking loudly, jumping around, screaming, banging on the walls, which lasted over one hour, past midnight. Not sure if we were super unlucky or if these are the norms.
