Overall was not bad! If you are traveling and just need one night stop to rest! Room: was nice and clean except the bathroom shower that was cover in black mold. There is no complementary supply like soap and shampoo at all! You have to come down to the reception to get some, and it’s difficult if you come tired from a trip. We really miss the soap :( There is no water to drink except a vendor machine that only takes $1 bills. PROS: if you own an electric car, they have EC and tesla chargers on parking lot with was great. Very peaceful at night, with food around and The Pink Lady Mansion and Ingomar Club at a walkable distance.

Asked for quiet room away from the stairs & received a room right at the top of the stairs….heard everyone who went to their room. The virtual check out was no fewer persons…she assisted while the office person “passed out “(1) snack bars (breakfast?). Should not advertise as free breakfast!!! No coffee brewed for office. 3 sets of towels, 1 soap & 1 tiny shampoo for 4 person occupancy.

Nice, spacious room. Walking distance to cool restaurants including Lost Coast Brewery. Needed my earplugs due to noise of kids running around screaming and people slamming doors til after midnight. Overall I would have rated this place higher but the bed was soooo uncomfortable; hard with no spring at all, tossed and turned all night. The “breakfast” was also disappointing. Not much more than coffee with powdered creamer and a few sweet junk food items.

They did not tell us there was a 100$ fee for the deposit and 20$ each for the dogs. The beds were so hard i barley slept.

The manager was rude when I checked in. He told me, “you know there is no housekeeping right?”. He had a smug better then everyone attitude and was less then welcoming. When entering the room it was dark and stuffy. The chemical smell was overwhelming so we opened the window to air out. The bathroom floor had a puddle so we cleaned that up. The chair was stained. There were no bed bugs as I check every time I stay in a hotel. There is no smoking area which was inconvenient to my other half. We were by the pool so a bit noisy. I had to ask management where things were located such as the gym. They were rude about telling as if I was supposed to know. When I asked for a couple extra towels they said I don't see why you would need more then 2? I do not recommend.
