No front desk person. You had to check in by using a kiosk. Put your I’d in and follow the prompts. It did not remind me to remove my I’d and I had to pay $10 postage for them to mail me my I’d in a .60 cent envelope.

It was a nice place to stay. I left my watch in the room and didn't realize it until one of the staff contacted me. They were very thoughtful and honest to hold on to it for me.

This property was absolutely breathtaking. Right on the ocean and room/ bathroom were both very spacious. Staff was super friendly and very helpful when we needed anything. Also many restaurants are walking distance to the hotel. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

I love that Anchor Inn is pet friendly and that it is right on the access to the beach. I feel they should have noted a $20 charge per night for a pet as part of the information before making reservations.

Great place, Crescent City is very clean and peaceful. 5 minute walk from the hotel will bring you to the harbour where you’ll see and hear sea lions. Very cool! Hated the check in process with a machine and Zoom meeting, very frustrating, just give us a person!!!!!

Good Beds and the price was right.
The hotel was clean and well appointed. It was a little disconcerting to find no one at the reception desk except a the AI assistant who checked me in and answered questions. I did have occasion to call the operator for the hotel and they were able to answer my questions. The bed was more than comfortable and I was glad to see a microwave and frig. The morning breakfast consisted of muffins and coffee as well as fruit, a little sparce, but good to see two nice humans manning the food.

The room was shabby, they only gave 2 towels for a room that sleeps 4, the towels were dingy and scratchy, the pillows were horrible and so were the mattresses, I didn’t dare walk in the room barefoot. I paid extra to have a beachfront view but the windows were foggy and old I couldn’t barely see out of them

I like the ocean view!! amazing!! The carpet was dirty when we arrived, but after all they vacumed and it was okay.
