Have stayed several times. Like that they have real keys! This is our go-to when we visit Eugene. My one recommendation is to upgrade the pillows. Otherwise no complaints. Good service, pet friendly, breakfast is good enough.

Staff was wonderful. Lobby was beautiful and welcoming. Rooms were cozy and the lighting beautiful. The bed and bedding not as luxe as could be compared to other hotels, but would certainly stay again.
