Great staff, tired facility

First, the staff were all friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was very good, even in the last hour of service. The room had several options for charging devices, and I appreciated the grab bars in the bathroom of this ADA room. Unfortunately it was very noisy from both traffic on the nearby interstate, and the guests above us. The bed quality was not great, and any time one person moved or rolled, the other one got bounced around. As a result, it was not restful.

This hotel was clean and the room was large. We had our two Aussies with us. They only charged for one pet fee. There was a really good Mexican restaurant with in walking distance. The food as really good.

Overall a great value for money!

The room was great. The outside of the hotel was a little dirty and messy in the out door areas, but not bad, just not up to the same standard as the room cleanliness or the wonderful reception at check-in.

We stayed there for one night to sleep and continue our journey. We did this a few times on this trip and this place was by far the best experience. For the price our expectations were exceeded. The room was clean without a chemical smell, the lighting and furniture were good the breakfast was great.

The motel has updated furnishings and is conveniently located near restaurants and fuel. The wifi worked well, and all the basics were provided. Breakfast had reasonable options. There are few lodging options in Cottage Grove, and The Inn served its purpose well for a decent night's sleep. There is a restaurant our front that is closed and seems to be undergoing renovations. That unfortunately detracts from the hotel's initial appeal. This was my second stay, and the room smelled a bit musty, which was not the case previously.

Clean Hotel but has a lot of noise from the Freewa

Old clean hotel. We had the room right above the checkin. It was very noisy due to the traffic from the freeway. I would not stay here again due to the noise.
