The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold over shower head and all grout had pink mold on it in the shower. The sink caulking even was moldy. They need some bleach products in their cleaning. The room itself was clean - the bath room didn’t reflect the room.

It was very loud. After 10pm we could hear our neighbor's entire conversation that went on forever, kids running up and down the halls, banging (not sure what was banging but it woke me up a couple of times after 11pm). Otherwise it was fine.

The service was great, but unfortunately was put next to an adjoining room that had loud barkey dogs and people yelling at the dogs. Same next door room let their phone alarm keep going for over an hour at 7am and woke me up because you could hear it right through the door.
