Everything was clean. All staff was friendly, prepared, anticipating & offering before i even asked. Small pool, hot tub (hot!) & gym clean, towels stocked and open 24hrs. Breakfast was hot, plentiful Great set up for families. Windows opened to pond, ducks. Quiet.

They need to clean the pet rooms better. They smell of dog pee! We were moved to another room, and although it smelled better, the vinyl skirting around the bed and some walls were sprayed with urine!

I would definitely stay there again as super convenient. Only thing I would change are the square pillows. Not conducive for sleep, but normally bring my own and forgot. Might want to go back to standard size pillows.
