We paid for an upgraded suite since we were sharing a room with our son. The pull out bed had no bedding and there was no bedding located anywhere in the room. When I called the front desk to request bedding I got the response “I’ll check and see if we have any and send it to your room if we do.” After an hour of waiting my husband went to the front desk to again request bedding where he was told “sorry we are just super busy.” 30 minutes later after we were in bed there was a knock at the door where one very thin hospital style blanked with holes was delivered, no pillows or additional bedding. The pull out mattress was loud, uncomfortable for my son and we ended up buying him a blanket and sharing our pillows. Next time we will not be staying at this property. In addition the guest above us were very loud and inconsiderate but nothing was done about the noise.

Disgusting and disappointing

We paid way too much money for this hotel and we didnt have a choice (over $900 for 2 nights). It was disgusting. Our first room had faulty outlets so our phones or computers couldn’t charge. The light in the bathroom shut off randomly. And the mattress was like sleeping on a box spring. We moved to a new room where the door would not completely shut. The entire time we were there the WiFi did not work. It was highway robbery to pay “resort prices” at this awful hotel.

Excellent staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Clean room and common areas. Elevator needs servicing. Doors got stuck and needed to use the help button to get someone to release the doors open. Walls and ceilings are very thin. Could hear the neighboring guests above and next door.

We have stayed at LaQuinta in other cities and find them convenient. The hotel in Eugene was convenient, but it's looking pretty tired and run down and needs some serious attention. The other issue was the wifi and internet. We needed to log on several times a day to continue using it. The staff was friendly!

Not a review, but comment- the parking spaces are way too narrow! Even for a sadan! You need to reduce the number of spaces and then re-paint to allow wider spaces. In the lot outside the main entrance, there were 3 cars parked with total disregard for the spaces, taking up 2 spaces each, all due to spaces that are too narrow.

Staff was excellent and the room was nice. My only complaint was the AC in the hallways did not work and it was really hot. The pool was very cold. I feel bad for the house keeping staff that have to work so hard in that heat. They were all very nice and welcoming and the front desk staff quickly brought the extra stuff we requested.
