Great stay, but needs some improvements.

It was a wonderful stay, the only thing that I would recommend is because we stayed in a Handicapped room, that the floors because they were tiled were very slippery. It would seem to me that any room that is for the disabled would have non slip tiles to avoid any falls. I had to put down towels because the water gets into the rest of the room, and is very slippery, so I had to be extra careful.

The morning front desk person was extremely rude. I asked when breakfast was opening, the answer was “whenever it opens”. I loaded my car with luggage and none of the parking lot lights were on. I let the front desk know and the answer was “there on now, I just turned them on two minutes ago” The rest of the staff was pleasant on check-in. Room was clean.
