Our room was never cleaned - the hotel policy is to clean the rooms every second day. If you are there for 2 days, the room will not be cleaned.

The property is ok. They are part of Hilton but don’t give Hilton points if you reserve with Expedia that’s what they told me at the front desk

The hotel was a convenient place to stay for a quick trip to Toronto. Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely needs to improve its television cable package. The Canucks and Oilers were playing a playoff game and none of the few channels offered had it. I had to stream it on my laptop.

There is no slipper provided in this hotel. Not very convenient for living.
