Probably best thing about it is location. Saw Elks right outside the room. Breakfast options are good. Room was below average. Beds were not comfortable, you could hear other people from other rooms

We were so disappointed with our experience with the YMCA of the Rockies - Estes Park. Our room was filthy (dirt on the toilet, dirt on one of the beds, a dirty sock in one of the beds, room smelled, etc), and when we called to let the front desk know we were met with an “oh, sorry about that, but we’re completely booked tonight”. The bed was also horribly uncomfortable and felt like the middle was going to cave in. We decided to give it one more try in the morning and try out some of the onsite activities, but we couldn’t get the online reservations to work, and no one was answering the extension for actives, so we gave up and went to fun city down the road (which was really fun if you’re in the area!). 0/10 would recommend this hotel.

We loved the scenery-it was absolutely beautiful! My non hiking husband even enjoyed the hikes available from the property. I plan on coming back with my grandkids someday-wonderful experience!

Rooms had no air conditioner just a box fan. Also the bath tub was filthy and the bathroom sink too. Pile of someone else hair in the tub drain when I turned the water on in tub. Dust in all the corners of room on walls and floors. Out dated but that can be o relooked a little. Outside was taken care of pretty well but the inside was not. I will not be going back.

Our room walls were very noisy. The people above us were up late and up also during the night. Definitely not soundproof rooms. They also were up early in the morning. We had problems sleeping every night. We did not complain because it was not a hotel and felt that nothing could have been done

La atención del joven de recepción de nacionalidad española, Fernando si no me equivoco. El hizo todo lo posible e incluso nos movió a otra habitación pero al ser tan grande el hotel, pensamos que las mucamas no alcanzan para mantener las habitaciones limpias. Encontramos cabellos en las almohadas, en las camas, la tina de baño, klenex sucios en el lavamanos fatal 🙈🙈

This was my first time staying at the YMCA of the Rockies. I had no idea how big the property was, and all the different facilities there were. There were "camps" of children and teenagers while I was there, but the building I was in was very quiet. I stayed there to visit Rocky Mountain National Park, so was not in my room that much, but when I was there, the people around were very pleasant.

the property is absolutely beautiful but it is very expensive for what you get. we were put in the Rainbow building which is in need of updating, carpeting is in terrible shape, coming up in many areas creating many tripping hazards. It smells terrible, like stinky feet throughout the building. The bed is very uncomfortable, you end up in the middle of the bed because of the “divot” in the mattress. Everything is obviously the cheapest quality made, from the toilet paper to the linens. I don’t expect highest quality but when all the linens feel like sandpaper it is time to replace them

We had an amazing stay at this resort. It reminded me of the film Dirty Dancing. Everything was under one roof and the entertainment and activities on offer were fantastic. I was gutted we couldn't stay for longer

The location is perfect! The rooms are very basic which we were aware of. We were a party of two and had two sets of bunk beds and a double bed. Seemed like a waste of space for two people. Check in was easy and the person was very nice and helpful! If you are there just to sleep and enjoy the great outdoors this is a very economical choice!
