Loved the location close to city. Wish they had elevators for going up 3 stories. Would ask for better breakfast options. Elk came right through first night.

Location is good, and the outdoor seating is nice. But room is old, AC/heating is noisy, ventilation is poor. It takes a few minutes to fill the toilet tank. Not sure why there were so many 5 Star reviews, which was the reason I booked this hotel. What is more, I was horrified by a fellow guest’s experience. While out for fresh air a little after 9 pm, I was approached by a guest who asked if I had the hotel emergency number on my check-in sheet. He found out after dinner that he was locked out, and the hotel staff had taken off. He called the 24-hour emergency number on the lobby door but no one answered. Around 10 pm, he drove out of the hotel parking lot with sleepy kids. I was saddened and horrified at the thought that it could have been me and my family.

The Silver Moon Inn is the perfect location - walk to downtown Estes Park shops and restaurants and a short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. The friendly staff and the ambiance of the river and fire pits made our stay cozy and relaxing.

No elevators which we didn’t know. Rooms are good for what they are, but dated and limited counter top space. Our AC didn’t seem to want to get cold enough. I would stay here again knowing the rooms are just the mountain/homey feel. Didn’t try breakfast but the river view of the rooms was really nice. Staff were very kind and helpful.

We absolutely loved staying here. The accommodations are simple but clean and lovely and our room had a fridge and electric stovetop. The river rushing right through the property and the fire pits made for a beautiful property and the s'mores were an additional touch. The staff was friendly and so helpful. Bad experience for late check in

Fist of all this place close the front desk at 9pm, I did realize that due to attending a weeding event we arrive close to 10pm, there was nobody at front desk, in fact it was closed, there a phone number for you to call for late check in and again nobody answered the the phone, it would have been nice if someone from the property would have called me or a least would have leave a message or voicemail, also being at the mountains there is poor internet connection, totally disappointed,
