Great little place close to RMNP
Great little resort only a few miles from Rocky Mountain National Park. Very close to downtown Estes Park for shopping and restaurants. The restaurant next to the resorts has great food.

Top knotch stay, owner is a great guy and hard working to help others. Outstanding property, set back from the road and on the river, just a few miles from the Rocky Mountain Park. Big, comfortable room, clean.

Loved the location of the property it’s very close to the park and downtown. The restaurant on site is literally steps away. We never ate there but it would be very convenient to eat dinner there if you’re not wanting to get out. The inside of our unit was clean and stocked well with towels. If you’re wanting a comfortable place to sleep this is not it. The room I booked was suppose to have one queen and one full bed both beds were full size. The mattresses were absolutely terrible very worn out. And there is no dressers to put your clothes in so we all had to leave our stuff packed. There was a small area to hang your clothes but only 4 hangers.

Loved the setting and location. The bed was Uncomfortable as we both would roll to the middle and the blinds didn’t allow much privacy. Loved everything else about the location.

Overnight stay in Estes Park.
Nice little Motel. Very beautiful furnishings and comfortable. Plenty of hot water for a good hot soaking bath. Very nice location with a lot of amenities outdoor outdoors.

We stayed in unit one and it was right next to a little creek so the sound of the water was nice and relaxing. Clean and comfortable unit and right next to a restaurant with outside dining option. Down the road from a RMNP entrance.

We loved everything about staying here. The house keepers were so friendly and helpful. The view outside the door was amazing and the river was within walking distance, definitely will use this place again

It was really nice only stayed 1 night,the check in was all by text didn’t really care for that there was a clunky noise outside of unit in AM that woke me overall though a very nice place would definitely stay there again nice that it was away from the downtown Estes Park area

It's basic, but one has to consider the cost of alternate accommodation. Clean, tidy, nice staff, restaurant next door, woody surroundings.

I'd prefer a person to check me in instead of going through all the codes and texts. Emily the property manager was very kind and helped us get checked in. I didn't like that we had to take the trash out, and take the bedding off the beds. But on the whole restaurant on site, and 4 miles from RMNP.

This property has a new owner and it is definitely in decline. The on-site office and communication and all check in are now done totally online or by phone. The hotel-type rooms are accessed via a sliding glass door. A screen door is available, but the lock was not working. More inconvenient and disappointing was that the old slat curtains were missing pieces that should entirely cover the door and provide privacy from the many people that walked directly by the door. So, I had to keep my lights off after dark and only used my phone or iPad so that a minimum amount of light was in the room. Otherwise, people could easily see the entire room..in the day and especially at night! Pillows were like old, flat pieces of foam. Other maintenance issues were clearly only done with the least amount of effort and looked unfinished. So sad, as this used to be a very nice resort.

I stay here every time I visit Estes Park. It’s comfortable, quiet, and clean. I always have a lovely time when I am here. The location is great, as it is a short distance from the national park, dining and shops. I will return to stay here.
