Room was very clean and was perfect for two people. Breakfast was nice and the smores in the evening were an added plus. Could not get the coffee pot to work in the room, so I was glad there was always a pot on in the lobby.

Overall great time. Here is some feedback though. We arrived and needed to take our dogs to go potty, we did but couldn't get to the one poo trash can because the sprinklers had made the ceter area all muddy, we didnt want our dogs to get mud on the bed or carpet so had to drop off the dogs and walk back around to dispose of the poo. The only other issue is the ac wasn't runnig in our room so it was like stepping into a sauna, i turned on the ac but it took hours to get to a comfort temp. Glad we were leaving to walk around estes, but it was still pretty warm when we arrived back later. Otherwise the stay was good. Breakfast is just ok, def minimal but we have been here before so this was expected.

We loved our time here. The s’more afternoons by the fire pit were great. Very family friendly. The room was clean. Staff friendly. The only thing that can improve is the breakfast.

If you are expecting a Motel this is a nice option

If this was rated a 2 star hotel my rating would be higher. But it is rated 3 stars on the site and it's a motel and as such the trim and finish in the rooms and the overall environment were below expectations. I don't recall any exterior pictures of the hotel in the posting. Now I know why.

Even though the property did not look promising initially, the parking lot surface needed repairs, the room was indeed „tiny”, but otherwise, great staff, location, outside hot tub and indoor swimming pool, and s’mores every evening worked really well for our family.

Weekend getaway

It was a clean hotel, the outdoor pool was empty when we stayed here but the indoor pool was open and the hot tub. Very nice staff. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We totally enjoyed our stay the staff was wonderful always helpful. The room was clean and had a wonderful scent upon entering. There iwas always things to nibble on at all hours not only breakfast. Differently recommend this hotel and the views were breathtaking . And not far from the National Park and shopping area

Can’t wait to return

Rooms were very comfy and clean. They had s’mores in the lobby by the fire place that was perfect for the 38 degree weather outside. Staff was above and beyond. As sisters traveling across country together we felt very safe and comfortable at this hotel.

Great family spot in the mountains

The staff was great. The rooms were convenient and comfortable. For the kids, s'mores by the fire pits, pool and playgrounds were perfect.
