This place was very spartan. The room was dark with just the bare minimum. One of the beds was thin and squeaky. There was no soap in the soap dispenser by the sinks. There are no amenities, other than 3 tiny bottles of lotion. Why do I need 3 bottles of lotion? The free breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, wonder bread and pop tarts. We won’t be coming back. PS. Don’t believe the pictures.

We had a good time in Estes Park and the hotel is in a good location. Its not a fancy hotel, but we didn't pay for a fancy one. The hotel was clean and quiet and i would stay there again. The elk that hang out at the property was cool too.

Can’t beat the location! Upon checking in, the staff seemed very disorganized and seemed to not really know what they were doing, so it took a while. I also asked for more coffee for the coffee maker in the room and the staff had no idea what I meant and had no clue where the find it. After checking in we went to the room which was great. We even saw some elk outside! My one other complaint is that there was only one option in the shower: a “3-in-1 shampoo conditioner and body wash”. This to me is unacceptable; they are 3 different products for 3 different purposes and should be offered as such, rather than trying to cut costs with a 3-in-1. Otherwise the amenities were great, beds were comfy, shower/tub worked well, hot tub was awesome, and location was incredible for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park!

Although our room was clean, it was a very disappointing stay. Our room looked nothing like any of the pictures. It was very outdated and tired looking. Plus, the Continental breakfast was minimal at best.
