Friendly check in, clean and comfortable room with everything needed for a good nights stay. Lovely meal at the restaurant, great food and nice staff and a really tasty breakfast! Situated right on the promenade for a lovely evening walk to the pier to watch the sunset! We had a great stay at Esperance!

Room 13 facing an alleyway. We had to have the lights on as it was so dark which meant we had to close the curtains also as anyone passing could see in. The shower made a horrendous noise being turned on. I booked in November so didn’t expect to get arguably the worst room in the place. They couldn’t swap rooms as the place was fully booked. I will not recommend this “black hole of Calcutta” to anyone. De Luxe this was NOT!

Family rooms are spacious and comfortable. AC chilled the room efficiently, bath and shower was great to have with small kids, basic dishes and cutlery for in room breakfast. Overall, happy with our stay.
