Wasted several hours complaining about broken air conditioner during 32 degree temperature. Staff promised to have it fixed but lied. Had to open window during the night and could mot sleep due to trams, trucks and dogs barking. Mosquetos also were in the room and stopped us from sleeping. Very poor service. Avoid. The only positive was a member of room service who was the only one who spoke great English and helped is seperating the beds as even thos was not done even though i requested this 2 days before!!!

Was poorly maintained, the shower leaked, one of the lights did not work. The are was good tho. Walkable close to the train station and the center.

very clean and tidy. The price is good and the rooms are clean. The employees are always smiling and polite. I realized that it is very well managed by reliable and honest people. I hope they provide good opportunities for employees as well. I'll come again.

Konum olarak çok iyi fakat otelin biraz tadilata ihtiyacı var. Çarşaflar ve oda temizdi fakat banyo biraz eskiydi, kapısı bozuk üzerine kapatılmıyordu. Bunun dışında gezi planlaması için fena değil. Tercih edilebilir.

Hayatımda bu kadar kötü bir konaklama geçirmedim. 2 günlük konaklama resmen işkenceydi. 2 kişilik çift odasında kaldık ama çok küçük ve dardı, her şeyi geçtim asıl kötü yapan şey yan odamızdaki bir escortun 2 gün boyunca geceleri akla durgunluk verecek şekilde bağırıp küfür etmesiydi. Duvar diye bir şey yok bildiğin kartonpiyer, mdf. Uyuyabilmek imkansız.Şikayet edilmesine rağmen herhangi bir şey duymadıklarını söylediler bir de :)). Asla önermiyorum, 2 günlük keyfinizin içine ederler, biraz daha para verip daha iyi bir yerde kalın. Kimsenin yolu düşmesin umarım.

Yatak ve oda çok kirli ve içerisinde ölmüş sivrisinek buldum, televizyon çalışmıyordu, klima kapalı olduğu halde ses geliyordu tuhaf bir şekilde, banyo duşa kabin su akıtıyordu 2 gece kaldım, sanırsam Eskişehirde bulunan en kötü yerde kaldım.

Odası küçük bakımsız bir otel kokuyordu odada yorgan bile koymamışlar perdeyi üstümüze örttük resepsiyondakilerin bilgilendirilmesi sıfır gün sonunda her an her şey çıkabilir . Gece 23:30 giriş yaptık ne giriş çıkış saatleri hakkında bilgi verilmedi ve kartla ödeme yapmak istediğimizde ıban atılması istenildi yasal bişey olmamasına rağmen ısrar edince attık ve çıkış saati söylemedikleri için 13:00 çıkış yaptık bizde ek ücret aldılar çok saçma ilk defa böyle bişey yaşadım.
