I mean……

To my surprise we were able to check in early! I was so stressed about this, just because we were attending a wedding near by. Everything was amazing, from check in to check out. The ONLY negative thing or i should say feedback is the bed is incredibly uncomfortable. I appreciate a firm bed, I prefer firmness, however, this was next level to sleeping on a concrete floor lol. Pls get/bring a mattress pad because WOW. Checkout was seamless the front desk was quick and efficient. 100% recommend and 1000% will be coming back, with the kids this time

Property and amenities are nice. There were a few mistakes on the staffs end. The biggest issue I had was the WiFi was very very slow which made it challenging if you need to work. Also, the TV’s are outdated

The room and view were great .,, The Canyon Grill needs a lot of help. I worked for over 15 years for HYATT and Sheraton as a Director of Guest Services, so I know my way around a hotel or two. SERVICE IS EVERYTHING….. You need to fix that ASAP. Don’t talk about . DO IT !!!!

You would think that having the Hyatt name it would be a very good property with excellent and flawless service. When I got there I was assigned a room where the bed was not done, there were covers and towels on the floor, TV was on and I think I saw someone on the bed. Did not have a complete look because I did not want to be intrusive even though it was not my fault. I had reserved a jetted tub room and was put on a non jetted tub room without a fireplace as well. Different in price was not given back. Never again even though the rest of the stay was just ok.

The most terrible experience when staying at hotel

Our neighbor started partying from 10 PM to 4 AM. We called the front desk a couple of times, and security came by to knock on their door, but our neighbor just didn’t care. The hotel front desk told me there was nothing they could do, and our family couldn’t sleep the whole night. The neighbor even knocked on our door, which scared my wife and kids, making them feel threatened. The next morning, I asked the front desk for a full refund, but they only compensated us for the resort fee and nothing else! I will never stay here again, and I will advise my friends and family to avoid this hotel if they plan to visit the area. This was a terrible, terrible experience
