View was beautiful from our room. Very clean and modern. Staff was excellent, especially Mary Ann at the Front Desk who assisted us with the a/c unit which was malfunctioning. On site restaurant and coffee shop were a definite bonus!

This property is 5 star,,daily text from front desk to make sure all is good,,outstanding restaurant bar with view on site,, was two doors down from pool,hot tub room didn’t hear a sound open pretty late too. Also,,hotel hosted two weddings one each day I was there,,hotel had a huge place for them also for ceremony and reception,,never heard or saw most of them. Army of housekeepers ready to face any challenge,,grandpa had two 16 year olds with him. This is a 5 star hotel period.

Greet view, nice accommodations, A lot of Bigby everywhere, lol!! a little bit. Strange but not bad! Just took a little bit to get used to, I enjoyed it and I ate dinner at the restaurant which was very good and definitely a great value. We will be bigbyback, lol!!!

Our second time staying at Terrace Bay Inn. Clean, well maintained property with a friendly staff. Conveniently located between Escanaba and Gladstone so shopping, dining and entertainment isn’t too far. Good place to stay!

The restaurant had a very interesting menu and the food was well prepared but it wasn’t open long enough . This was probably due to staffing issues but it would have been nice if the restaurant served a breakfast / lunch options There was plenty of staff cleaning the rooms . I’ve never seen so many employees vacuuming dusting etc

Customer service was awesome! Very friendly and happy employees. We were in the older “renovated” rooms. The updates were poorly done. Flooring was loose and had a fairly large hole.

This property has potential to be so nice but it is in middle of massive renovation. Many of the features such as pool, spa, and outside areas are still needing massive updates. Areas that were updated are nice, but already showing their wear.

This hotel was in a great location. Our view of the bay was amazing. Was a short distance to a running/bike path that ran along the water so my morning job had beautiful views. We ate at the hotel restaurant and food was good and was priced moderately. Biggby in the lobby was another plus as we headed out for our next stop on vacation. I gave a 4 for cleanliness as all was good until I saw underneath the sink against the wall. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Overall I was pleased and wuld stay again if in the area.

Your staff was great! Everyone that worked at the hotel or at the coffee shop was nice and helpful. I was surprised though that for the cost of the room that water bottles and at least a continental breakfast was not provided.
