The staff was super friendly, accommodating, and apologetic for the issues that occurred. Our room was actually a small apartment which was nice, but the closest door fell on me as it wasn't installed properly. It was also not cleaned well prior to us coming (carpet was dirty, fridge was dirty, bathroom wasn't swept, etc..). The pool itself was clean and the hot tub was out of order our first night, but working by night 2. The pool room, is not good. There is no air flow, so it's very foggy in there. The ceiling is warped and looks like it will come down. The bathroom in the pool room is questionable. Breakfast was good, what you'd expect. The building was so cold though. Our room was warm, but walking around you'd need a sweatshirt or jacket. It needs to be renovated badly.

The pool had no lights on at 8pm when it's supposed to be open until 11 & the front desk person came down & turned them on since no one has access to turn them on but staff then was told the whirlpool jets don't work it just has hot water.

Very great deal, very clean and a nice selection for breakfast. The sauna was advertised on sign outside but was out of order, was hoping for a hot sauna. Overall, the motel is a great deal, straight forward, and the hot tub was very nice.

OK if you're not spending much time in hotel!
We had a room on the first floor just down from the breakfast area. Our heater just seemed to be blowing air without much improvement in the temp in the room. I had used my own fleece blanket one night and finally asked clerk for another blanket (not much of a one either) and then added the big towel to the bed for some comfort! We had a new TV in the room which had 2 controllers making it hard to use! Breakfast supplies were OK but not much effort put into items or someone there to replace things as needed. V

Helpful that it’s right off the highway. Nonsense that I got charged for the room twice. If I could give 0 stars I would. The roof in the pool area looks like it’s ready to fall in at anytime. Breakfast was mid at best, I got an expired yogurt. Stay anyway besides this super 8.

Good: Pool and hot tub were nice, pool was warm and hot tub was not so hot you couldn’t stand it. Breakfast was good. Nad: No shower by pool that I saw. In room shower curtain was melted and didn’t stay closed during shower. Not enough space between bed and tv stand. Poor room lighting, no light on one side of bed even though there was a night stand.

We stayed for one night and chose this hotel because of the complimentary breakfast and pool. Check in was easy and someone was at the desk when we arrived. Our room was clean and had enough towels. We were happy to see the pool and hot tub were open after they were done being cleaned and the breakfast included a waffle maker, baked goods, and other options! The hotel is older but was clean and quiet.

The breakfast nook was not clean. Someone should be assigned to that area during that time, but no one there. Tables should have been cleaned but were not. Waffle maker should have been cleaned but was not. Lots of items wrapped in plastic? Not sure why.

I'd never stay here again.
Very musty smelling (possibility of mold). Had to spray everything down with Lysol disinfectant to make the room breathable.Temperature of the room was hard to control. The staff was always distracted, and did not acknowledge customers as they approached.

This Super 8 was so much better than most Super 8's we have stayed at lately. It was well maintained and clean. The beds were pretty good for sleeping. The breakfast was not well stocked at 9 AM on Saturday until they came in after we had gotten our coffee and almost left. The guy who serviced it was very busy doing everything.

Upon arrival at the property at 6:40 pm our room wasnt even ready when check in was at 3 pm. We were asked to give them more time and come back. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast room in the morning was a mess. Garbage left all over the food counters and trashes overflowing and half the food empty with no staff coming to clean or check on the breakfast room. Even when a staff member did come and only stocked the fridge the overflowing trash and garbage all over the counter wasnt even addressed and they left.
