I loved that fact that I had booked a room facing the bay and that's exactly what I got. I loved that the parking garage is attached to the main hotel building with easy access. And parking was free! The front desk people were so helpful and friendly. A huge shout out to Kevin for his exemplary, professional customer service! Looking forward to returning.

The hotel, room and staff were absolutely amazing! Expedia on the other hand I’m very disappointed with. Upon check in I paid for a club level room through Expedia. Sheraton stated Expedia didn’t rely the I formation correctly and I was not going to have the club level amenities included. I paid ALOT of money for a one night stay and to say the least was not happy. Sheraton stated since I booked third party nothing could really be done. Eventually they upgraded my room and gave me the amenities but Expedia just made a big mess of everything. Not happy at all with Expedia. But the Sheraton staff were amazing and the hotel room was beautiful! Defiantly will book again- but directly or through a different site. I’m done with Expedia.

Overpriced Rooms but Great Location
The Bayfront hotel is a nice enough stay, but was not worth the cost. The parking is not included- each day is $15. The room was pretty basic but clean. There was a lamp in the room that stuck out and several members of our party hit their head on it. The bathroom had double doors that were clunky/ noisy and definitely were more for look than functionality. And we found half the outlets in the room didn’t work. The pool area is nice, but we were very disappointed they have a whirlpool instead of a hot tub. That said, the location of the hotel was excellent so they definitely still have that going for them. Finally, all staff we dealt with were very nice but half the time there was no one at the front desk.

Newly renovated. In the bay so the view is wonderful. I liked being able to have a drink at the bar when we got in and pet friendly. Had great amenities, for me it was like a destination hotel, a place I would go stay because I like the place not because I was site seeing the area.

A Little Respite
We've been staying at the Sheraton Erie Bayfront for the past eight years, and will continue to do so; one year we tried another hotel, and it just wasn't up to par. The Sheraton is always clean and crisp, the staff is friendly and attentive, and we know we can always count on a luxurious experience. From waking to a spectacular bayside view, to taking scenic walks, to relaxing at night around the outdoor fire pit, we always find ourselves wanting to stay "just a few days" more.
