Nice place but check to see if the pool is open.

A deciding factor of choosing LaQuinta was the indoor pool, which was closed for maintenance, after asking repeatedly about when the pool would be open. Finally on our third day into our stay, the pool opened. Not sure if there was any maintenance being conducted, but was happy to have the pool open.

Do NOT Stay at this hotel.

I do not recommend this hotel. It needs updated. We arrived to dirty pillowcases, shower area was dirty, and the refrigerator had stains inside. Had breakfast it was decent, but the breakfast area was very dirty, and the area where the food was kept had dead bugs all over the ground. The pool was closed for maintenence for a day due to being cloudy so there wasn't much for my children to do. The location of the hotel was convenient, staff was nice, check in and check out was smooth. Pictures on the website were deceiving. Not the same pictures in real time.

Our room was decent, and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Many items in our room were broken. The pool was dirty, and not stocked with towels. The breakfast was described by my son as " worse than prison food ".

Horrible horrible hotel. The bed was 200% horrible. We asked for a one bed mattress change. Was told we would have to move rooms instead. We are both senior citizens so difficult to uproot and resettle. 2nd night in new room - one bed had no top sheet so had to go to front desk to request a top sheet and then had to remake the bed ourselves. Also no soap or a bath mat in bathroom. Asked for soap at the front desk and ended up using a hand towel for a bath mat. Never again will I ever stay at this hotel again nor will I EVER recommend it. No compensation what so ever was offered. We were very upset with this hotel. However, the front desk people were all very nice when we dealt with them. Never saw management.

The bathroom floor was wet after a shower. Used a towel to dry up floor and it turned black. Coffee was spilled by someone on our first day at hotel in the elevator. The spill was there 2 days later. Hotel room card kept deactivating, there was no verification that we were the occupants of the room when we asked for key card to be reactivated. Staff was nice and friendly, but hotel had visible damage such as broken windows, leaky roof in friends room, wall damage. Ice maker did not work on 2nd floor. Hotel had potential but doesn't seem well maintained.

Breakfast was horrible!!!!

The hotel was nice but definitely needs the windows through out the entire building needs washed. But the breakfast was horrible!!! Everything we had was cold and not hot at all!!! Also not much of a selection of food!! My wife and I went to Craker berrlel for a very hot tasty breakfast!! Other than that I give this hotel an 85%

Main areas were nice, clean and appeared to have been updated. Room was nice, however, one window was very cloudy and you could not see out it. There were many like this as observed from the outside. It appeared they were double pane and moisture got between panes! Broken window outside one room and broken window to fitness center. Ice machines not working and Market very limited. Zero drinks. Pool area was OK. Breakfast was sufficient and good. Desk people were very nice and helpful.

The staff is wonderful. And they do have complimentary breakfast. They have a pool it's a little small and very very chlorinated LOL like overly so but I guess better safe than sorry IDK. The room was nice the bed was comfortable not a fan of shower doors that are glass with children but as I needed a handicap room on the first floor it's what they had. And they were very accommodating for me to have an accessible room close to amenities

It was very hot upon arrival to our room. It took awhile for the temp to lower once we adjusted it. The lobby/breakfast area was extremely warm. Made it uncomfortable during breakfast. None of the ice machines worked. Had to go buy our own ice. Would’ve like to see the pool area a little cleaner and the gym had a broken window. Was only given one key upon arrival which was weird.

The staff literally told us the room number and nothing more. We called down and said there was no soap in the room for washing hands or for the shower, and they brought up shampoo and conditioner. No soap. The staff in the evening at the front desk was more friendly. The gentlemen that checked us in could use some more customer service training. A hello would have been nice.
