First of all, Kim at reception is fantastic. The hotel sits off I-90 and close to the main road into town with lots of noise, especially with the obnoxious locals with no exhaust accelerating up the hill. The area is depressed with the exception of the family restaurant which is the only immediate local eatery. There are other eateries "in town" which the front desk has flyer. Bring your bathing suit if you want to get wet. Breakfast was terrible. Most items were over-cooked.

Buen lugar!

Todo lo que se dice el cuarto, el baño, el gym, el sauna, la piscina pequeña estuvieron muy bien!todo muy limpio y moderno. La piscina grande necesita mantenimiento. Aunque mis hijos como quiera disfrutaron si estadía pero por lo menos yo decidi no entrar a la piscina.

Booked online through expedia and the hotel said they didn't know that I booked a larger dbl queen suite with a walk-in shower. Had to come back to front dest to get the right room after showing them the confirmation had walk in shower on it. They said they were unaware of what I booked. Suite still felt like the smaller sq ft version. There was no description on my confirmation stating I booked the larger suite. The pool is a great area for kids!

Kids love this place!!

As always kids had a blast! Just very very disappointed that we started our stay this time with a bed covered in urine… I understand things get hectic when it’s busy but as another fully paid customer not looking for anything free nor did I ask for anything but a clean bed maybe when bedding is out we should assume the bed may be dirty let’s pull it open and inspect…. Just a thought also I would like to mention I was very calm and polite about the situation because it’s for the kids but maybe staff should think to maybe try apologizing at-least on behalf of the company glad the maintenance took his job serious and handled the situation very professionally and solved the pee bed problem.

Upgrade to a suite room for a little extra $

We've stayed here before and really enjoyed it, this time was not as good, the room we had looked run down, the toilet didn't flush properly, had to flush it a few times for it to go down, drain in the shower went down very slow. The chair in the room, well I just wasn't going to sit in that. Note to anyone, definitely DO NOT get what they are calling a "standard" room if you want a decent room. Very disappointed this time around.
