I thought it was a really nice hotel and good staff. Very clean rooms and very quiet for how many people was in the hotel that night. The only thing we had an issue with was the pool. It was very small so we couldn’t enjoy it with the only 10 kids that were in there. For how big the hotel is I would have thought the pool was bigger. But other than that everything was nice ! Even the breakfast was worth the extra money.

Always great but getting charged five dollars for parking seemed ridiculous. I haven’t been in the hotel that charged for parking except for the center of Chicago. And we travel a lot

I paid for breakfast at Expedia for family , hotel reception at check in mentioned that there is no breakfast. Had to spend another 50 dollars outside again . Worst part is when i was checking out at 945 am there was breakfast served and ended at 930 am . So hotel does not know what is doing . Not going to recommend this place and giving 1 star for staff and service. 0 should have been best here.

The staff was very welcoming and not distracted. They dealt with a small issue immediately in a very positive manner. The breakfast and other food was very good. I liked how clean it was and that it had a mild fresh smell not a chemical or perfume smell that some hotels have.
