After staying at another hotel for a few nights, I splurged on a few nights here for the second leg of our vacation. It was totally worth it to this single mom with two kids who are growing up so fast. Quality time in a spacious room, with a beautiful view, in a great location, with fantastic customer service, and amenities we're not used to. Thank you to Ryan, Cherelle, and I can't remember the name of the other staff who fixed our TV in no time. Wonderful memorable trip.

Was not expecting a ADA room and had bot requested it. Breakfast was not great at 8AM food was dried out. Parking was ok but unnecessary gated lot. Beer Garden closed at 10 and fire pits were extinguished .

Not for me!
Dirty windows, if you can move past the spiders and their webs, you might get a view. Be sure when walking past the front desk, the clerk is not arguing with the person on the other end of the phone... As she said "l don't really care." And that is how she greated me the day before. The exception, Maria, be sure is working the front desk when arriving, for questions, and check out. She was pleasant, wonderful and made us feel welcome.

Front desk very informative and pleasant. Sound proof rooms even though a band was playing couldn't hear anything. Breakfast in morning was excellent. if i had a couple things that could used improvement . The tables out side could have used a good cleaning. It was not appetizing to eat your breakfast there with dirty tables from birds, dogs etc..Also view from our room was horrendous. I believe it looked out to an air-conditioning unit not attractive. even though we were on the bayfront of Lake erie

Excellent place to stay in Erie
Even though check-in was at 4:00 p.m. I was able to call ahead and check in at 12:00 noon 4 hours earlier. Check in was very smooth and great you can pull up to the front door very easily check in and then park for free with your room key. You can keep in touch with the front desk with texting from your phone which is a nice feature to ask any questions or get any details. Awesome free breakfast in the morning my favorite was the waffle bar do it yourself. Overall just a great experience. Also a nice view of the Bay.
