Loud doors you could hear everyone around you leave or enter. Hot tub jets weren’t working (guy was trying to fix it) Breakfast was good.

The front desk wasn't friendly, pool cold and dirty. Room was dusty, uncomfortable beds and not much water pressure. The grounds were unkept and overgrown. Light was flashing in the bathroom, called front desk and she said she would put it on the board. We were gone for at least 10 hours and it still wasnt fixed. Called again and was told maintenance came in at 3 and they didn't know anything about. He did get there within 5 min and he was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was ok, coffee was horrible. Views from the back were pretty though. They need an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Worst experience I had ever
Horrible experience, though the rooms are booked 2 weeks before it’s not allocated. Reached the location around 2am due to travel delays, waited around 2hours for room confirmation. Once room was allocated we went in to check but it’s not cleaned, bathroom was dirty, bed spread are not removed after previous check out. Reported at front desk and took another 30 min to allocate another room. Even the other room is not good but we tried to adjust considering the time

This place was okay..
Upon check in, the desk staff was unfriendly. The room was alright but didn't seem the cleanest. The plug by the bed hardly worked and the bed was really uncomfortable. The pool was cold and had algae. My nephew slipped and fell into the pool because of it. The hot tub was alright. The pool room was very loud and echoed so the loud teenagers were amplified. The view from the pool and breakfast area was beautiful. The breakfast food was okay but not spectacular.

This was a perfect spot for us. First time there and ended up extending one night. Nice staff, view was amazing and rooms were a good size. Overall a good place to stay if in the area.

If you need to have a clean property, then skip this one. The whole place needed a good vacuum, from the lobby to the elevator to the room. The furniture was well-worn which in itself is not a deal breaker, but it also needed a good wipe down. One of the curtain hooks was broken so the curtain hung askew and there was a sconce light in the bathroom that had a flickering bulb (would have been a good haunted house effect 😂). It had a general atmosphere of neglect. However the sheets were very clean and fresh and the shower looked pretty good. Good breakfast too. Not the worst hotel we’ve been in but needs some attention.

Solo 30y/o female traveler- the courtyard view is AMAZING!!! So pretty. I felt safe, comfortable, room and bedding was clean and check in/out was easy. Would stay here again!

We smelled cigarette smoke in our room and it was very strong. We mentioned it to the staff several times and asked to speak with the manager. We called the manager and have not heard back. We think the smoke was coming in the ventilation system.

When we checked in I told the front desk person I had AAA but they didn’t apply the discount. Our key cards did not work for our room and we took them back to the front desk 3 times and only 1 card would work. The bed clothes had stains and when you laid in the bed, the mattress was so worn that you fell into the spot where many have slept previously. Duct tape was holding the face plate of the air conditioner in place. The bathtub was gross. The walls of the tub were stained and the tub parts were rusted and it looked like the tub was cracked in a spot and they used putty to cover it. The staff was not at all friendly or welcoming. I don’t think I saw one smile from any of them. This hotel is basically the only game in town and I think they know it and they don’t care and it shows. The rooms are very dated and need upgraded. I won’t be back.
