I love the location of this place but I hate having to drag my bags up the stairs. Also, if your room is upstairs you need to be ready to whip out your key as soon as you get in the front doors to go up to your room. Otherwise the place is great.

Loved it! I've never been to a hotel with pears growing out front, and my window overlooked a patch of woods. Everyone was very helpful and they put on out a generous breakfast.

My stay at this location was nice. One thing that I did not like was housekeeping did not come in and clean my room or make the bed. Also, my sheets felt like there was something on them. When I got there, there was a used roll of toilet paper in the bathroom almost empty and only one extra roll in the bathroom for three people. We had to go down to the desk to receive another one. Had housekeeping come in and clean the room. I wouldn’t have to go downstairs to get one. The breakfast was good, but the area where they have it set up is very small and tight if there are numerous people there. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean for the most part.

Good place to stay in Erie Pa
I have received good service and warm greetings from the staff. This is a pet friendly place and welcoming to our shy dog. Frequent this hotel when I visit family in Erie. Good location to area attractions.

Clean and comfortable — Inadequate fitness room
Hotel was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and shower was excellent. Fitness room was sad. The fitness room and laundry room are the same room and it is tiny. The only fitness equipment was a treadmill that was not working and a weight bench with some dumbbells.
