The first room that we were placed in seemed nice. Upon walking in it felt neat and clean. When we walked into the bathroom we noticed some brown “stuff” in the tub and a good size crack or some type of damage to the tub. We called downstairs and one of the staff came up he said, “That looks like iodine” and proceeded to step in the tub and said, “Yeah , you won’t go through”. He swore something under his breath, said he would get us another room and call us. We wait for about 40 minutes. When no call came, I went downstairs and the staff member stated that he “forgot about us”, he gave me the new room number and loudly kept saying the new room number. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional seeing as other people were in the lobby. He waved the deposit and said he wouldn’t charge us for the newer room. Which seemed ridiculous because the room was not properly cleaned.The second room was better but had red stains near the fridge. The next evening we went out and when we came back through the back entrance there was dog feces in the stairs. We went downstairs to the lobby to get fresh towels and told the front desk staff. When we left in the morning the feces was still there.

Great place to stay!

A one night stay after driving for 6 hours. Very nice staff. Wonderful bed! Super comfortable! Breakfast was good. Wafffles, eggs, sausage and yogurt.

Liked everything but pet friendly… The hall smells somewhat kennel ish which is not unusual for a pet friendly hotel. Not my cup of tea, but rest of facility and staff was fabulous and the room was very good.

Family visit

Helpful staff; when guests above us were letting kids bang around at midnight our concern was addressed right away. Clean pleasant room. I would recommend it.
