First desk clerk was decent .......next one NOT so much! Why do people have to be grumpy? I was there cas I had a family member....in Hanot Hospital .,rough times....little did they need to know a "smile", "a nod" and " kind word" would of made my day a bit lighter !

A good value for the money.

The hotel is very nice and just a short distance from the Convention Center. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A good value for the money! We did have a hiccup (tv did not work) that was quickly remedied and we were moved to another room.

Fridge was broke. A missed ice cream rotting in it, I was handed a bottle of cleaner to remedy it.. it didn’t work.. slept on the top sheet bottom seemed dirty… will say bed was comfortable, room looked clean .. might try it again daughter says no lol breakfast was great.. staff very nice
